Floor plan to 3D tour
A floor plan shows walls and room sizes, but lines on paper are hard to picture as a finished space. Qubit 3D turns your 2D plan into a furnished 3D space you can walk through in a browser and send as a link.

How it works
Upload your plan
Send a PDF or a photo of the floor plan.
AI reads the plan
Walls, doors, windows and room sizes are taken from the drawing. PDFs exported from CAD are read straight from the file. Photos and scans are read by an AI vision model.
The space is built and furnished
Each room is furnished to suit how it is used.
Walk through it and share it
Open the tour in your browser and send the link to a client, a buyer or a family member.
No floor plan yet?
Describe what you need in the chat: the plot size and the number of rooms. The AI proposes three plan options. Pick one and build the 3D tour from it.
Who uses it
Developers and real estate agents
Show flats before they are built. Put the tour link in listings, brochures and social posts.
Interior designers
Show colour options on the same render instead of redrawing it for each client.
Home owners
See a new home or a renovation before you spend on it.
What it costs
You buy credits once and use them on any home. Each job shows its credit cost.
| Job | Credits |
|---|---|
| Read your plan | 100 |
| Build the 3D tour of one floor | 300 |
| One AI change in the chat | 10 |
| Walkthrough video | 100 |
| Colour and material changes | Free |
A complete home uses about 700 credits. Credit packs start at $10 for 2,000 credits and last 12 months. If a job fails, its credits are returned automatically. See all packs.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of floor plan works?
A PDF or a photo of a plan. Clear drawings with visible walls and dimensions are read most reliably. Homes, flats, offices and shops all work.
Are the dimensions accurate?
Dimensions are taken from your plan, so the 3D space follows the drawing. Before construction, always check final measurements against your architect's drawings.
Do I need to install any software?
No. The tour opens in a web browser, and anyone with the share link can walk through it.
Can I change colours and finishes?
Yes. Walls, floors and fabrics can be changed on the same render at no extra credit cost.
