Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Qubit ("we") collects when you use Qubit 3D, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and sign-in details (email and password, or Google sign-in). Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider; we never see them.
- Your content: floor plans, photos, PDFs, chat messages and the details you give about your space, plus the 3D models, pictures and videos we make from them.
- Payments: what you bought and when, and payment references (for example a bKash or Nagad transaction ID). Card payments, when offered, are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card numbers.
- Usage: basic technical data such as IP address, browser, pages used, errors and how often a shared tour is opened, to run and protect the service.
2. Why we use it
- To provide the service: read your plan, build and show your 3D model, keep your projects and credits.
- To support you and send service messages (for example a receipt or a note that your tour is ready).
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To improve the service, using aggregated statistics. We do not use your plans or content to train AI models.
3. Who processes it for us
We use trusted providers who process data only on our instructions:
- sign-in (Google Firebase);
- cloud hosting and file storage;
- AI processing to read plans and design layouts (your plan and related text are sent for processing and are not used by the provider to train its models under our agreement);
- email delivery;
- payment partners.
Some of these providers are outside Bangladesh. We share data only as needed to run the service, and we never sell personal data.
4. Sharing by you
A tour you share by link can be seen by anyone who has that link. You decide what to share and can turn links off at any time.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and projects while your account is active. When you delete a project, its files are deleted. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data and content within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records).
6. Your choices and rights
- See, correct, download or delete your data: email us and we will help within 30 days.
- Delete projects yourself in the app.
- Opt out of non-essential emails with the link in the email.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, access is restricted to the people who need it, and each workspace's data is kept separate. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
8. Children
Qubit 3D is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
