Terms of Service
These terms apply to Qubit 3D (the website at qubit3d.app and the web app), a service of Qubit, House 08, Road 05, Banasree, Dhaka, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Qubit 3D for a company, you accept them for that company.
1. What Qubit 3D does
Qubit 3D turns a floor plan, or a description of a space, into a furnished 3D model you can walk through and share, together with pictures and videos. Some parts use artificial intelligence. Results are visual planning aids: they are not architectural, structural or engineering drawings, and they do not replace a licensed architect, engineer or the approval of your local authority.
2. Your account
- You sign in with email and password or with Google. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 18, or use the service with a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Give accurate information. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.
3. Credits and plans
- Jobs in the app (reading a plan, AI layouts, building a 3D tour, AI changes, videos) use credits. The app shows the cost before you start a job.
- Credits from one-time packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Studio credits are given each month; unused credits roll over for one month.
- Free and promotional credits (for example a launch offer) can be changed or withdrawn at any time and have no cash value.
- Some features, such as public share links and video downloads, need a paid plan.
- Credits cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, except as described in our Refund Policy.
- Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka or US dollars depending on where you are, and may change; a change never affects credits you already bought.
4. Your content
- You keep all rights to the plans, photos, text and other material you upload ("your content"), and to the 3D models, pictures and videos made from it for you.
- You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the service for you: to read it, build your 3D model, render pictures and videos, and show them to the people you share them with.
- Only upload material you own or have the right to use. Do not upload anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.
- We do not sell your content and we do not publish it. We may show work in our marketing only with your written permission.
5. Sharing
When you share a tour link, anyone who has the link can view that tour. You can turn a link off at any time from the app.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no automated scraping, no reselling of access without our agreement, and no use that breaks the law.
7. Accuracy and liability
- We work hard to keep sizes true to your plan, but readings of unclear plans and AI results can contain mistakes. Check important measurements before you build, buy or order anything.
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Ending the service
You can stop using Qubit 3D and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever close the service, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused paid credits.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you other rights as a consumer.
